It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Forever 21?

Any advice on striking the right note?

i love this store, i was a head cashier. the interview process is super easy. just dress realllly cute and fashionable, but professional at the same. talk very educated, be very professional, smile, show a good sense of character. Its easy if you shop there, you know where things are, and your fashion is on point!

I went on an interview with Forever 21 about a week and a half ago. I met with the manager over For Love 21 and see asked questions like "tell me about yourself", "what does customer service mean to you", "why are you looking to work here", the typical questions. It was really quick, and right after, I met with the district manager. She was SUPER nice! She asked me what company I wanted to work for, told me the pay and where she thought I would fit well.
I chose Heritage 1981 because of my personality and she felt the same. I am meeting with the store manager next week!

I had interview with F21 today and it was a group interview with 2 other girls one had worked with the company before so I'm pretty sure she would get hired as for me and the other girl we had no retail experience but I did work for fast food so I understand the concept of having great customer service skills and working a register. I had read many tips on the group interview on F21 and I seen a lot where you should try to be the first person to answer " which I was and was nervous lol " but I felt like they took their time to talk to me on my previous employment experience and they seemed interested on everything I was explaining and talked about. I think the best thing you can do is go in confident, smile and engage in the questions they ask talk to them normal but also to where they know that you can handle customer service .. I noticed me and the girl who had work for the company was dressed in F21 style where the other girl was dressed down in my opinion I felt like they seemed more engaged with me and the previous employee and it either could been we were more outspoken and had the dress code for the store or because we had customer experience so I would recommend try dress like the store it does somewhat matter during the interview and again try to be outspoken you want to prove to them that you want the job overall the interview was great for it being my first group interview they said it can take up to 72 hours for a phone call to know if you got hired so fingers crossed
