It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Freeport-mcmoran?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Don't bother with an interview for a senior level position regardless of the number of years experience you have.
Unless you have a degree, they do not care if you've been a CIO, CTO, Director, for over 25 years, with a proven track record.
Blatant ignorance is rampant at this firm. To waste the time of an executive with over 25+ years of experience, then cutting an interview off because 40 years ago they didn't get a degree is idiotic. If this is any reflection of the firm I'm glad I didn't proceed further in the interview process.

There were no questions - only boasting about salary, and a potential 100% bonus if metal prices are favorable. Not even a bonus for performance, just performance the market conditions. A bit risque, imho.
