I'm looking for the following former employees of the Freemont Investment Group, Downers Grove, IL because they may have information regarding an accident that occured on an elevator at 1411 Opus Pl., Downers Grove, IL:

Crystal Chavez
Lisa Banks
Terri Provenzano

The names may not be spelled correctly, but that's all I got.

Any information that might lead me to any one of the aforementioned possible witnesses would be very much appreciated.

I made a mistake about the date of the accident - it was on October 27, 2005 (my appologies)

I have located and spoken with two of the women I was looking for, but I'm still working on Crystal Chavez. I believe I've located her, but she denies she's the Crystal Chavez I'm looking for (this happens quite often.)
