Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Fruit of the Loom?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Fruit of the Loom?

I have been considering a job at Fruit of the Loom, but am hearing conflicting stories about management and the atmosphere. I've heard that VP's must approve everything that goes on and that micro management is the dominate management style. I've heard turnover is high and the company is slow to change. I've also heard that Bowling Green is a boring place to live. On the other side I've heard that micro management is not the style and people stay at the company a long time. People say Bowling Green and the surrounding areas are nice, safe and the cost of living is very reasonable.
Would love to hear what others have liked and disliked about working at Fruit of the Loom. At this point in my career, I'd rather be happy than make lots of money.
