I have been telling all my clients (Dept of Labor) to go to the website: www.indeed.com and use it as a job search engine. You can type in a job code and your zip code & it will find internet jobs sites for you. You can also type in a company's name, a specialty that you have or a catch line like "entry level", "will train" or "no experience" and it will bring up job sites in your area that contains that string of words. Want to work overseas - type in Overseas Atlanta, GA & see what you find.

while the idea sounds easy enough, and the website works rather quickly it doesn't do one important thing- help anyone I know of to get a job/career.
So the GDL can pass the buck and do what it has become famous for -not helping people find work.
