It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at GE Money? Any advice on striking the right note? |

Depending on the job function, they will run you through anywhere between 2 - 6 different people to interview with. |

I notice this question was posted a few months ago. I'm preparing for the interview as well, and wonder how it went for you? Were there any surprise questions that I should have an answer ready for? Thanks! |

Does not matter said: I had an interview a few days ago. They stick to pretty much pure formated questions. Can you tell me about a time you had a problem with a coworker, what was the problem and how did you resolve it. Can you tell me about the time you had problem with your supervisor, what was it and how did you handle it. What is it that you want out of a job? What made you pick GE? Have you ever worked in a call center? Just be ready to give situations where you experienced problems, what you did to overcome and what the final results were. No problem. Very nice people. Hope this helps. Hi. My husband has an interview with GE Money this coming Tuesday for the call center in Merriam, KS. Can you tell me what the starting rate of pay is? he also interviewed with UPS today and we are trying to figure out which would pay more? thanks. |

Hi.
There were 3 interviewers, they first introduced themselves and what the job was about. Then they asked questions about me, my experiences, mainly from my CV. Then they gave me a laptop with excel examples. So I had to solve one of them. The task was easy for me, it required the use of VLOOKUP formula and PIVOT table. Then in the end we talked about the money, which was quite low in my op opinion:) Hope that helped. Gabor |
