I spoke with a friend who personally saw two managers discuss a candidate. One of the managers did not like the woman because she used to work with her at another company. she said the woman was too driven and she would potentially get her job because she is black and GE thrives on diversity. WOW! GE is all about who you know and not what you know. The application procecss is full of crap. |
