Does anyone know anything about the GE rehire process? I resigned from a lead professional band position for a new job with a bank and, less than 12 months later have been asked to return to my prior GE business as my dream job has opened up there. As it has been less than 12 months, will I have to go through the normal background process? How long would it take before my previous years of service was restored if at all, etc.? |

Lead professional (LP) is your salary grade, and also who you will be measured against at review time. As memory serves you can make up to around 100k as an LP. The next step up is SP (senior professional) followed by EB (executive band). It goes Professional, Lead Professional, Senior Professional, and then Executive Band, although from what I've seen there were almost no P's and the bottom run of the company ladder was LP's. |
