Geico Backgorund Check-Pretrial Diversion???

im currently almost done with the hiring process at geico(realistic job preview upcoming) # years ago i found myself with wrong person at wrong time and they stole an item from a navy base. they lowered it to misdeameanor then put me on pretrial diversion so i was never charged. Will this ruin my backround check with GEICO?
