Getting Hired

So far I have had a phone interview, my computer testing and my phone role playing. After the role play the HR lady told me I did so great for not having call center experience and pointed out a few things I did well. I have set up a time to shadow a service rep and meet with management. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for my next step and how many people have gotten that far and not gotten hired? I am extremely excited about this and really looking forward to possibly getting hired. Thanks!
