What is Geico's Maternity Leave policy? and when (if) does it go into effect?

If you do not need health benefits, does the company pay you if you decide to not take them?

How often do promotions occur? how likely? pay raises?

I don't know of Geico's maternity leave policy, but every company is required under FMLA to grant up to 12 weeks of maternity leave (it may be unpaid most of the time). Maternity leave can not be denied regardless of the company.
