How do you make it through the hiring process at Geico?

Since June I have applied online for several auto adjuster positions that have been available at Geico. Each time I have applied I never heard a response back from the company. I tried calling their main offices to see if it were possible that I could meet with a recruiter to discuss career opportunities. Each time they tell me no and that I must submit an application and wait for someone to contact me. I have also found out that Geico's system will only let me apply for one job every 45 days, even though I may be interested in several positions they have available.
I find it hard to believe that it would be this difficult to get in working for Geico. I have a bachelors degree and am ready and able to work. Any pointers from what I can do to make my self known?
