There is a lot of talk about the work environment at Geico for CSRs and sales people but what about the IT department? What is the culture like as a programmer or a network support tech?

HORRIBLE...dont do it...they will suck out every last drop of your lifeblood. they treat you like an hourly employee in a call center. they dont follow industry best practice at all and bast*rdize aka geicoize everything.
