What do you think - will Genco grow fast? Are they expanding their staff? How does Genco stack up against the competition?

Exercise caution if considering working for GENCO. Positions at their San Diego CA. facility have a high turn over due to firings and quits in these QC positions.
RPO is Radiation Protection Oficer that carriers liabilities that anyone in the know will have nothing to do with; add a company that will not tolerate imperfection, favor the bottom line over its workforce & they end up with a vacany no-one wants as they typically hire internally. Four people in 10 months says something.
Be careful...this is NOT a "teammate" friendly organization.
Hence "must commit for 1 year" (see announcement).
