Do you work at GENENTECH? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

I submitted to a couple of teh research positions and I am sure I am qualified. But there is no response and they keep posting these positions again and again.

Are they real?

I wish they open my cover letter & my resume and read about my experience and what I bring and how I can be a best fit for the positions I have applied.

I think the company preferred to use recruiter for the hiring, which they can eliminate the unwanted one easily. I applied the position online so many times also, but I have never heard back, but I got a message from one agent. They try to refer me to for a temporary (12 month) position there. Sigh~~ I was doubting that if I should try that. I don't want to quit the regular job for a temp position. :( Difficult time!
