Life at GD is awesome! The people are really laid back and very friendly. GD is a very ethical company that cares about its employees. From what I understand, some people do go out on Fridays. As far as attire, it's pretty much business casual unless you are meeting with customers, interviewing, or in a high profile position. Hope this helps!

GDIT is a great company. As it provides a lot of outside contractors, environment and culture are determined by the client for a lot of positions. Attire is part of that. Most folks are business casual, jeans are pretty much out! T-shirts on casual Fridays are allowed (again depending on the client.) Life is good at GDIT!
