Can you believe that a company well known as Caterpillar would treat workers UNFAIR? Well, believe it! I am here to inform you, unless you want to remain a temporary employee for up 2 years, it's best that you don't waste your time applying.There are temporary employees working at Caterpillar that have been told numerous times that they would be hired, and HAVE NOT, and if you ask to many times about being hired, your job will end the next day! So my advice to you,and don't say I didn't warn you,"If you're looking for FULL-TIME work,or equal opportunity, please go in the opposite direction of Caterpillar.

I bet they didn't offer you any of that split $100 a share stock either did they?
Temporary agencies are slave labor sweat shops in America. Thisd country's a big scam for rip off jokers with college degrees called MBA's.
Hopefully it will be all over in 2012!
