Too much experience and over 40 in Union, Mississippi

The South has always been known for poor wages compared to the rest of the country. Slow and easy is their focus and wonder why they are left in the dust.
It's hard to believe with the excellent climate all year long that the wages and jobs are crummy there. Lord help you with all those years experience and your age to boot on getting looked at because you are viewed as a liability and not an assset. Companies are afraid with all you experience you'll opt to move on them leaving them hanging. It's a sad day in America for experienced workers in the age groups ranging from 35 - 50.
