Goodyear has the worst service! Just to share with you with one of my HORRIBLE experience. I made an appointment for oil changes, waited one and a half hours and my car still wasn't pull in the garage!! Normally oil change will only take 20-30 min! the WORST part is...the representative made it sound like it was my fault not telling them that I need my car done early. Totally ridiculous! So I don't think Goodyear will survive. Many of my family/friends have already switched. |
