IT Admin people not too bright so they get very defensive if you are.

I went through an interview process where the interviewers were reading questions from a script where they had all the answers. When you ask them why that is the right answer they do not know if it is not on the script. Also, one of the IT admins did not know something very basic and thanked me for "letting her know". I interviewed for a Windows Admin position and they sent it the UNIX monkey to interview me and this dude asked me a layer 2 networking question that he did not know the answer to because he said "He was a UNIX guy". In summary, they seems to be looking for not to bright, "star-struck" young people so they do not see how they are going to over-work them to death.
