What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does Guardsmark stack up against the competition? |

I interviewed for a job with Guardsmark and even though i didn't take the job when offered, I thought they were amazing for a Security Company. I currently work in house with no advancement opportunities possible and Guardsmark said they start everyone out as an officer and then promote from within. I thought that was great! Their benefits seems great also and so does their training. I actually met the Site Senior Supervisor and he was an awesome person! We had so much in common it was unreal! He gave me a great tour and we talked for hours! I also met some of the staff and they all were so nice! The personnel manager in Burlington VT. was awesome and she was "up-to-speed" on everything. Their application process was unbelieveably through, just as it should be and their pay rate was fair to start at. Even though I did not take the job at this time, I can see myself working for this company within two years after my daughter graduates college (I get free tuition for her as a benefit where I am now and thats about the only benefit)! Anyone that wants a "Top-Shelf" security company at their service would do well to check out this company! Anyone wanting a career in Security would do well to check out this company! |
