H&m Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at H&m?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Make sure you are dressed they way that best represents H&M. Be yourself. On the day of the interview, please show up on time. The flipside is if you show up early or on time, managers will have you waiting forever, since they are "so busy".
Emphasize your likes for customer service, fast pace and team work. When they ask about past experiences at work, try not to talk about needing to have a supervisor interject, they hate that.
H&M looks for people who are confident, takes initiative and are strong team players.
They also look for people who have an open schedule, especially on weekends. The best time to apply is around April-June. Try to get in based on open availability and if you are a student that starts the semester in August/September, then you can change your schedule. If you are a current student with a funny and not so flexible schedule, they will not hire you.
