It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at H&r Block?

Any advice on striking the right note?

I just had an interview this week.

They pose open-ended questions, so stop and think before you answer. The interviewer wanted to know how I had handled difficult situations/people, what did I like most and least about my work experience and of course, why I might like working for H&R Block.

Be confident and be yourself.
