It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at H & M?

Any advice on striking the right note?

They have a lengthly hiring process.

1st - Phone interview
2nd - Face2face with a manager (or executive)
3rd - Face2face with a district manager
4th - Interactive game with group people where they watch your decision making processes

Then you come back for your job offer
