Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at H & M?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at H & M?

They are very casual, too casual for management and execs to where the staff has little respect. they have core values that are nice and a flat level organization.

I guess some people get-together, but the turnover rate is REALLY high. Don't want to get to close to people before they get pushed out the door.

Typical day, everyone, regionals on down, clean fitting rooms all the time. Little time to focus on others things to grow business.
