The peoplesoft tarining was suppose to begin on September 1st 2007 and end on Sept 24th however after three whole weeks we still have not had any training yet!!!And what could the problem be....the server isn't ready yet and NO BACK UP plan!!!!!!!Technology definitely is amazing but it can be challenging and frustating too....8 people enrolled for the training now we have only 2 left who are still waiting for the server to be up.........Their internal communication flow is totally lacking...no one knows what is going on !!Its in an utter state of chaos!!I am so done with this whole thing!!

They are not trustworthy!!I am very disappointed with them!!It was totally worthless to have come all the way from the other end of the country for this venture!!!ABSOLUTELY VAIN AND WORTHLESS!!!!

Everything starts as an American dream: good salary, health and dental insurance, positions from top companies and so on and on.
The only thing they want from you is to participate in the training and 1000 dollars deposit just to insure their safety. You can stay in their guest house during the training. However, they don't really tell you that you will probably be staying with 15 other people in the same apartment. Once you get there you start hesitating about the main purpose of the company: is it training or providing a job? Also you suddenly find out that there is no job at all, they will just look for it after the training. Well, ok, how long it is gonna take you guys to find a job for me? - well you know it all depends on you, maybe two weeks, they say, the answer to the same question keeps changing every time you ask it, feels like being in an auction: how long MORE???... month, two month, or wait a minute there is actually somebody who wasn't provided a job for six month. SOLD!!! oops sorry UNSOLD!!! I stand corrected again: NEVER SOLD!!!
Also they make you sign some piece of paper which actually says that if you leave them you will have to pay them two month salary, which has never actually been mentioned by the recruiter, and what is worse you will only get those benefits like insurance and bench salary after some considerations which are done every six month!!! WOW!!! This is some good stuff!!!
But you know what the recruiter didn't really tell me it is gonna be like that! - well, I don't really know about that.
No communication with you at all, basically you are on your own, no clear course of action at allllll!!!
I am done for now!!!

well well!HD Dimension! I haven't seen any dimensions to it yet except for the one and only aspect of PROMISES!!I cant even complain about a job yet because i havent had the privilege of a training yet!wow isn't that great 3 whole weeks of waiting..sorry anticipating for the peoplesoft server to be up and running!
What are you thinking?
This is how it works the HR calls you and gives you a glorious profile of what is going to happen in the forthcoming weeks with so much to look forward to and then when u get here reality sets in day by day and whatever was mentioned solidifies more as a dream than reality!
well i am beyond frustration at the moment!

Hey all.. its very nice that you guys posted your results with what it as like to actually attend the "training". I know its very difficult to experience what you guys have experienced but you will stop a lot of other people from making the same mistake by telling your stories so in all the bad you have produced a lot of good. Thank you so much for your honesty. You stopped me from making a major mistake and you will stop many more I am sure. Thanks again

Hi all, I found this wonderful site due to this company so I guess they did some good on this planet. Many thanks to the people who actually went to the training and had to endure their scam, you have stopped me from committing into financial suicide. I hope you are all doing better after this instance.

When it comes to my experience with this company, I was contacted by them via email on a Monday night, sent them a reply along with my resume Tuesday morning at 7:34 am, received a reply and 4 phone calls before 10 am Tuesday. E-mails, like the few positive reviews here contained numerous typos (I admit I am not a grammar god but I have the common sense to spell check it. These idiots had 5-6 typos in 4 sentences.) They told me all about the benefits and told me that I was suppose to pay $1000 for the training which would be refundable upon completion, in addition I was also asked to purchase a laptop. During the phone call, it was really noisy and the gentleman was from India with very bad English. I was going to do more research about them and their financial's before I stumbled into this website among a few others.

I used to sell insurance for a living, and that is a business filled with scams (not this bad tough, at the least the training cost me $300 and I know more about insurance than I ever wanted to know which is saving me a little bit of money in the short run)

This sounds really shady, It is a scam, you are better off getting involved in a pyramid scheme.

forgot to add, if they are so good of an IT company how come you cant spell check a simple little e-mail, and what the hell is the deal with the caps? Half these sentences don't even make sense..... if They ArE Payyin YOU 55,000 Dolla evRY yr! then I am bounT to make a Millon $$'s.

"Is it ok to criticize HD Dimension here? I think HD is fantastic.People "M"ostly "T"alking about a "T"raining whatever promises they have made."t"hey "F"ullfilled with it.....
"N" also I took part in "T"raining "n" training was quite good......

Even i have gone through this site before flying down to france,I was in delima whether to grab the oppurtunity or not, ButI took a bold step and went to france.

It took 1 week to start the training , and after that I got a project within 2 more weeks.I have drawn my 4th salary amd have applied for dependent visa for my family.

One thing I'd like to point out is that the postings from the dissatisfied commenters are all located in New Jersey. It seems this may be the only area that is having a problem? I think because the positive comments appear to be from various parts of the country/world, New Jersey may be an isolated problem area and not necessarily an indictment of the company as a whole.

I do find it interesting though that several of the commenters have degraded to a very unprofessional level which actually reflects poorly on the company, i.e. what kind of people DO they hire? It is quite simple to make a positive comment about your experience without totally disregarding the experience of someone else.

I wanted to put this up top so bad...Alright scroll up, find olivia gomes's comment who is from india, then check out the one right below john gomes who is in france. Coinsedence?

After doing more research and contacting a few people that do outsourcing for a big tire manufacturer the following are my opinions.

1) HDD is not a fortune 500 company, they keep using that in their emails and on their website. I had to reread a bunch of stuff to realize that they emphasize that their clients are however they keep using this as a pitch in addition to including their logo on their website. (In my opinion this is to deceive people)

2) I really feel for the people in India, I have worked with Satyam and a few others in India. You are really working hard, but this is a scheme to get you in a bind, your H1B visa will require you to do as they say regardless of your performance. This might and will include pay cuts etc. They are using this as a way to keep you under control. (in my opinion this is comparable to slave labor.)

3) THEY ARE NOT A CONSULTING COMPANY. YOU CANNOT ARGUE THIS FACT, THEY ARE NOT A CONSULTING COMPANY. They are a company that provides employees to other businesses. They are not any different than Adecco, or other employment agencies. In addition, they keep saying they are an IT consulting company on some of the documents that they provide and on some they are a Financial consulting company. These two fields do not create synergies with one and another so it is highly unlikely for them to house these two under the same roof.

4) So lets assume that what they say is true. You are telling me that this company is providing financial consulting to Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs? or IT consulting to Microsoft? This is just retarded, these companies are the top dogs in their fields and will not require HDD's so called expertise.

Please feel free to type your misspelled comments with positive feedback

I am sure everyone would like to have a so called professional consultant working for them who cannot type a single response composed of 3 sentences without typos or grammatical errors. I am also certain a professional like yourself will not use internet lingo such as 2=too. Give it up you are trying 2 hard.

Do not insult my intellect, I know what I am talking about and I know what they are about. The individuals they are preying upon are the individuals that cannot afford to spend this kind of money on their so called training program that they possibly could obtain at a local college.

In addition I am starting to get really annoyed about this internet dialog that I am engaged in with this company via these so called professionals that claim it is a rose garden. If you really insist to comment then make sure you are not making up bs names to deceive people with your bs comments. I had my mind half setup about contacting the homeland security department about this company after realizing that they are pretty much printing out H1B visas without doing adequate background checks. I am certain it is much like the phone interview that they conduct.

To finalize, they claim to be one of the top consulting companies, this is a lie. They prey on the week and from what I found out and they require Chinese immigrants to pay an amount in the order of $20,000 then they tie them down with bench salary agreements and other means such as H1B visas.

That is it for now, I hope you stop engaging in this sort of business before you really hurt someone or their poor family and end up with disastrous consequences of your actions. This is my last comment about this company, I am done, thanks to the internet I am certain it will go around the net at least doing some amount of good.

Have a good day and good luck with your job search to whomever is reading this......take it with the grain of salt and use your own judgment.

I got my 5th email today from HD Dimension Corp. I had already emailed them to ask to be removed from their database. I found this discussion along with many others when I googled the name of this company. I found a few problems:
1. I came across one discussion in which a man that was contacted posted his email online, in which HD Dimension Corp provided their training location. This address was at Town Court South, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Folks, I live in this area. I lived on that street. In fact, this address is a 3rd story apartment.
2. 3 recruiters have called me so far, and all 3 have had very heavy Indian accents. I can hardly understand them. Not that there is anything wrong with people with accents, or people from India, but isn't this an odd phenomenon?
3. All of the comments posted on here calling this company a scam is marked as "not helpful" Everything saying how great it is was helpful? I can't even believe that they aren't trying to save face by posting on here.
4. The call from a 732 area code, but their address (which is actually a law firm office) is in Princeton, which uses a 609 area code.
5. Every email, and post on this site that speaks highly of HD Dimension corp, use the worst gramer I ever seed. I not belieev dey no How. To use computer.
+++Folks do what you wish, but after MUCH investigation, I would say to stay away. And I am contacting the better business bureau.

HDD is a waste of time, period. Lets start from the beginning:
1. There is no job guarantee
-You go through the training, which is about average (which may be the only real thing they offer)
-When done with the training you still have to interview for these so called client positions
-Most importantly you're, encourage falsifying your resume to an outrageous level
2. They have no clients
-They may have people working at some of those companies but they are absolutely not affiliated with the companies
-As a matter of fact they actually go through other recruiters, so they are what I will consider a fourth or fifth party to the actual company
3. There is no guest house (just an apartment)
-A small, unkept, 3 bed room apartment with about 6 people to a room on 3 bunk beds
Now that you know TheTruth, this is not to say that they are a bad company, but it is always important to have the facts before making a decision about your future. Another important fact to know is that most of the positions they offer have 0% junior, entry, or apprentice type positions at any company out there. Now are companies like HDD the cause or the effect? You be the judge. Like I said, to me, it was a complete waste of my time. Also just as food for thought, all the positive comments about HDD have numerous spelling and grammatical errors. This is because most of the people that work or what ever they might call it for the company are of Asian decent and I am willing to guarantee they are the one’s writing these comments. I have to emphasize again, every thing above is a FACT and no one can dispute that, they may try to talk around it though.

You all in the U.S. need to read my earlier post. From a person who has been there and done that. I can't speak to what HD does in other countries but in the United States it is a complete waste of time. They are not professional at all. Ask yourselves this question, if they can guarantee me a job, then with who, they should know before they even make a guarantee. Simple put they are just living off the money that the trainee bring in to them in that small apartment. If you feel like wasting your money, effort and time, go right ahead out there so you can return home feeling stupid.

I find a lot of people telling HD Dimension to be a scam company but trust me its been 3 years that I have joined HD and its been a pleasure working with them. They work for the clients that they have in their website. I also had to attend a training program for my benefit as I had to work with good companies and earn more. The training also had other candidates with me but some of them were not good enough to cope up with the training so for that reason they could not get a job soon. They fix interview for us, help us with the questions that might be asked, help you with a trainer if necessary before the interview and even if you fail the interview they line up with other interviews also. How much more can you expect from those guys if you do not put your effort. If you just rely on them completely and do not perform in the interview, nothing on earth can give you a job and then you blame the guys who work for HD Dimension. It's true that there are Indians who are working in HD Dimension but I believe Indians are the people who speak clear English. Does accent of the person with whom you are speaking makes you take a decision or the job and its benefits make you do so ?

guys, they are real dodgy people. Now, all the posts agree that they give paid training. But in seek.com.au's ad , you would notice that there is not a hint of training. they fradulently inspire people to meet or call them and only then they reveal whats in store. Also, check out their website for job opportunities, you'll notice that lot of jobs have the posting date 04-10-2006 date. A recruitment company never got to update a job postings after 2006.

For people who are concerned about HD Dimension in Australia, please stay away from them. The indian dudes 'running' this so called 'Company' is really dodgy and unprofessional. As far as I know, there are only a handful of them here and they're ALL indians, and i mean really india indians, not those who grew up or was educated here. I highly doubt that Mr. Robert Archer (their manager's name printed in their job ad) really exist. From my experience with them, their whole recruitment process is a joke. At first they are full of promises which seem too good to be true and when you're interested, that's when they ask money from you. For those who are GRADUATES, please stay away from them as they are incapable of giving you career guidance and development. In Australia, they are nothing but a 'recruitment' company. Forget about their website which is rubbish. Think about it, what kind of company that they boast to be do not even have a decent website. It is so hollow and the information on it is really meaningless. Try using the contact on their 'Contact Us' page and I guarantee you will never get a response from them. As for prospective employers looking to solicit HD Dimension's services in Australia, you're better off staying away from them. They manufacture their candidates' resumes and exaggerate them out of proportion. That's what they do to graduates! Give them some 'training' and 'MARKET' (their choice of word) them as 'experienced' Business Analysts or whatever position. That is why they emphasize on giving 'real life Wall Street case assignment'. Another point, DO NOT believe for a second that there is a chance they will refund your money as agreed prior to training. They will just promise you more 'training' or say u're not ready yet. Also don't believe the time frames they give you. I would love to answer any questions anyone has about them (julian.ckm@gmail.com).

Please also read Moorie679's comments carefully. In Australia, a company cannot be a financial consultant and an IT consultant at the same time because there is a conflict of interest. That is why Ernst&Young created Cap Gemini and PwC also created an IT consulting arm but it has been acquired by IBM few years ago. My experience with HD Dimension is in Australia but I believe people from other parts of the world can use it as an indication of what kind of 'company' they are. As for those 'defenders' of HD Dimension in this forum, I dare you to open a line of communication with the rest of us such as a phone number or mobile. I am personally convinced that there is not one of you who uses English as a 1st language. For those Gradautes out there who are desperate for a job or just tempted by their 'high salary' (they only pay 50-55k for grads, instead of >60k) like I was, just be patient and try to get into a proper company. The time and effort wasted on them is far more valuable than whatever money you might lose to them.

Can someone complain to Australian Government and ask them to investigate on HD? I am sure the tax authorities would love to know more about them.

I got e-mail from some 'Carol',without a lastname and she claimed to work for some company called 'DoingWap'.I searched the internet, there was some website, and various jobposts, but seemed like this company had no prior footprints on the internet, which is starnge. There was a phone number provided,I called the nextday and the girl at the other end of the line seemed too eager to 'Hire'me without asking any of my qualifications ,which I have plenty, but I am not a programmer. I told her that, and she assured me that anyone could be a consultant,no specific qualifications necessary and so on. I was already sucpicious of them, and after talking to her I was getting sure about it. She promised me the world, all the usual'55k,help withH1B,greencard,blah blah blah"

She asked me I have to join the trainig for 3 weeks and stay there in some apartment for 3 weeks and after the end of the training I will be given a job.I was in NYC and I asked her why cannot I commute to their so called training and why do I have to stay in their facility and she told me its because of some kind of security, just to make sure I donot leave them. Such words were enough to confirm it that they are full of C R A P.
The girl kept calling me to send my reply ASAP, and I kept snubbing them. Then some guy named Anthony who is supposed to be the Boss aoround there called me several times and left me voice message about the 'positions ' available.
Where on earth employers keep calling you after you snub them 15 times?

Well, guess what ? Today I got another e-mail from 'Carol' (which I believe is a fake name) who is claiming to be working for HD Dimenaions . The e-mail is like the last one, with the same promises, this time they are demanding 1000 bucks for the training. The phone number provided is the same. Probably this 'Carol' forgot that she talked/e-mailed to me not so long ago and she is at it again with the same phone number and a different company name,HD Dimensions.
