What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

How does HP stack up against the competition?

I believe, the reason they are moving to service industry is because the competitors are coming with cheaper and better hardware products. As I mentioned in my other e-mail I have found competitors product far better and I am talking about their network analyzers.
What happened to the survival of the fittest (capitalism).

Check the HP page at www.proletar.com - more than 40 reviews made by HP employees. Lots of inside tips.
Their rating is relatively low...
