I have had bad experiences with Household, purchased a few years ago by HSBC. Do some research before you choose to work for them. THey have some serious consumer watchers.

VERY VERY casual..VERY VERY unprofessional. In Brandon, Fla (outside Tampa, most people wear jeans and half of them look like they are going 'clubbing'

The culture is this:
1) pressure , pressure and more pressure
2) buckle under the pressure and quit OR do what they expect and make a lousy income, rip of customers and perhaps you survive a month at a time.
3) Work 40 hours weekly, Saturdays, OT regularly
4) It's man's world there for sure. Even the women wear workpants.
5) Hardcore is the best overall descriptor I can come up with
