Id like to get a general idea of what to expect. Ive been contacted about the program. Im supposed to begin with a phone interview. I have a degree in Occupational Safety & Health, as well as, Interpersonal/Organizational Communication. I minored in Leadership/Business. Ive been told the program is easy and Ive read that it its hard. Sometimes 210 hours every 2 weeks. & days a week all ear long. Especially emergency calls. I don't have a background in Oil & Gas, but am aspiring to make it my career choice. In some of the forums it says that this program is training you for a slingshot into management positions. *IMHO doesnt any training? I have no experiencein Safety, only the degree. So I think this would be a good place to start.
What do they want to know during the phone interview?
Will the second or third interview be a panel interview or one on one?
Is the program as intensive as Ive read, or is there a bit of exaggeration?
Is this supposed to teach you management protocols, or just really a overall explanation of oil & gas PSL?
Any other information that is pertinent to this topic would be appreciated as well.
Thanks in advance
