It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Hallmark? Any advice on striking the right note? |

It was pretty simple really. The first part focused on my customer service experience and how much I wanted the customer to leave happy with the store. They do phone surveys for the customers and it helps make the store do better and improve. The second part was how well I did with team-work and organization and what detail meant to me. I then took an assesment on ethics and job performance. |
