How to get a job at Hardee's.

Do you work at Hardee's? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

well, I turned in my job app. then a week later i called them and asked them the "inquiring status of my job app" then she wasn't the hiring manager (big boss) she told me to come in and talk to the hiring manager and I dressed nicely but not to much not like dress clothes. I went in and asked her about my job app she took my name and told me she will be giving out job interviews over the next few weeks. (while i was talking to her i acted confident and not afraid) then the same night the hiring manager called me wanting to interview me the next day. when i went in I dressed in dress clothes and went to the counter and told them i had a interview and they went and got the hiring manager. When i saw her i greeted her and shook her hand firmly a lose handshake shows that your not self-confident. and she told me to go sit down in this booth and she went and got the hiring papers i was hired basically on the spot due to my clothing my self confidence and my clothes that i was wearing another factor is that i came in and talked to her. because she told me that phone calls do not matter its when you come in that does. and yesterday was my second day on the job. to be honest i don't like smelling like a french fry and get stuck on the dirty jobs.
