The following advice is good for trying to get into ANY company not just Harley-Davidson. Long gone are the days of using the same resume when applying for jobs.
Computers make it necessary (and very easy!) to make a unique resume for each job you apply for. You should invest time in customizing your resume to include the same skills and keywords as those in the job description. If you include an Objective it should read as if the job you are applying for is your ideal position.
The other big recommendation is to get out there and network. Meeting people in the industry you work in or the community you live in can be incredibly helpful during your job search.
