We are hiring motivated individuals who can set goals, who are looking for a unique career.
And who will have the opportunity to work with the most talented co-workers and Managers. Agents will:
• Make inbound calls/outbound calls to members and alumni. NO COLD CALLING
• Apply sales techniques in order to build long-lasting relationships
• Play a crucial role in generating company revenue
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills. Potential team members will have a stable work history, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, a desire to succeed within a sales environment, and a professional demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Harris Connect also offers an excellent pay and benefits package including:
• Start at $12/hour during training +$1 shift differential; upon graduation $11hr +Commission + Incentives
• Work location is 4400 NW Loop 410, San Antonio. Inside the loop between Babcock and Callaghan
• Shift Hours will be 1:15 pm – 10 pm
• Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Rx Insurance & Legal Resources after 90 days
• 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, & Flexible Spending Account
• Paid Time Off (up to 18 days of vacation per year) and 6 Paid Holidays
