I would love to hear from any therapists (OT, PT, or ST) working for HCR Manor Care. What is the therapy department like? Do you have any complaints with regard to corporate expectations, such as unrealistic productivity rates and/or picking up inappropriate patients for therapy? What is the work atmosphere like?

I have seen a lot of complaints on this forum, but none of them seem to be from therapists.

I would love to hear comments from therapists at HCR Manor Care.

It is a horrible nasty company to work for. The benefis are poor. They treat their employees and residents horrible. STAY AWAY

ManorCare has recently increased our productivity standards over 15%. They care only about turning a profit and placing the patient care third or fourth. Do not send your loved ones here and skip this place as choice of employment.

Read the blogs, and continue to put the word out there about the unethical standards of HCR Manorcare.
