Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at HCR Manor Care?

Its super great. Have been a nurse of 25 yrs and just gave it a shot working in a nursing home--wow is manor care a great place. I could kick myself for not applying sooner to the open positions. They are so much better than hospitals and really care alot about the patients and even the staff.

I work in the home health division of it. It is a very stressful place to work. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. They are constantly piling on more work to the office staff and never authorize overtime. Once in a while we are "allowed" jeans on Friday, but very seldom. If you enjoy chaos, constantly being in crisis mode, and little pay...
