With the excessive turn over in Montgomery county maryland--it is impossible for staff to grow or expand. No one is there long enough for this to happen. Anyone who has been employed by this organization for an extended period of time beware. The employees at the Arden Courts in Montgomery County Maryland are expected to spies and report anything and everything so the boss can document in her little book that she carries around and documents right in your face. She even wants to know when you use the restroom. It is beyond my understanding how this organization can be so insensitive to its employees. It is my opinion that this is a quality that you cannot turn off and on. This leaves me with the question of how are the residents being treated. There are other threads that discuss the problems in this organization that people are having across the country. I can only speak about montgomery county maryland for now.
