The salaries are EXTREMELY Low. The work you do is not appreciated. The expectation is not the work you do, but how much you kiss up. Please keep in mind this information pertains to Montgomery County Maryland where this company insists on keeping an individual who has been reported countless times for what she has done to people. From the other threads I've read this may be the company culture.
