Have been sending my resume to HD Supply over 3 times, but I never have heard anything from them. I guess that they won't interview or hire because of my hearing-impaired.

Hearing impaired is a safety issue in the warehouse. A customer service issue in the office or on the counter.
You didn't mention what you are experienced at. Do you bring something very valuable to the table?

You should also know that the hiring managers are overwhelmed by the number of applications received for each opening. And - they are required to file all applications, electronic or paper ones, but not if they are not completed properly, and they don't have to keep resumes. If your resume does not grab them, they probably don't keep it.
