I have an interview with the Soros fund for an Equity Research Summer Internship. Does anyone know about the firm, what kind of questions I can expect, what to prepare? The fund does not have its own website. Any links or suggestions would be appreciated. Below is a description of the position. Thanks.

"The majority of daily interactions will be with equity research analysts and equity
portfolio managers in a support function on fundamental valuations of companies.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of basic
company valuation metrics as well as corporate balance sheet. An interest in
healthcare is preferred; will work closely with healthcare analyst."

I'm sorry I can't offer any advise on what to say, but a quick question. Where/how do you apply for this? I know its too late for this coming summer but I'm only a sophomore in college so i have another two years.?

any thoughts/advise would be great and good luck with the interview, I'm sure the process is tough but if you get it, it sounds sweet.

The job was posted at my university career services site. You may be able to find similar postings directly on the company websites (except Soros doesn't have one cause it's privately held). I suggest you try to get as much experience (internships) in any finance or accounting related field cause the market is tough. and obviously keep your grades up.
