Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Heritage Web Solutions? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Heritage Web Solutions? |

We have a casual work place. It is a fun atmosphere, yet productive. Expectations are clearly communicated, but the employees have the freedom to be original with their work. You'll make a lot of new friends. |

It's stressful. It can be fun, but for the most part, pure stress. It's hard to work with people breathing down your neck.... |

The environment is very relaxed and fun. It is a very goal oriented environment, which does add a level of stress, but this stress is necessary for the growth that Heritage is capable of achieving. |

Work casual. On the team I am a member of, if you reach goals, you get the t-shirt and shorts. If not, a collared shirt (for the guys). Sure the pressures are high, but we're not saving babies ;). |

Most people dress in collared shirts and jeans. It's pretty casual. Some people choose to dress in business casual which is OK too. Some people get together for after work hours gatherings and its been a lot of fun. We have company sponsored activities as well, this year we played softball and everyone who played had a blast. Things here are pretty casual and there are incentives for meeting or exceeding goals that are set. There are reasonable expectations set forth and if you are willing to meet those there are great benefits. |

In looking at most employers, you'll be hard pressed to find an environment without goals or standards required of their employees. A company without such vision is one that will more than likely not succeed and not one I'd be interested in being a part of. I know that in my time at Heritage I have been lucky to have expectations and goals to broaden my skills, grow professionally, and be rewarded for doing so. The people at HWS are very friendly and I love feeling like an individual and not just a number which is so common in companies (and management) these days. |

It has already been stated: casual to casual business. We care about our employees, we care about the individual. I've only ever worked for one other company that even came close to the dedication to the individual that Heritage has. As mentioned there are expectations, we wouldn't be where we are today if there weren't, and we certainly are never going to accept where we are as where we want to be, so you can bet that our expectations are not going to fall off. We push people to be the best they can be, we don't settle. This can lead to some stress, but in my opinion it is a healthy stress because it encourages success. I wouldn't work anywhere else, and I've had the opportunities arise where I could have gone, but there was no future in it, or at the very least, the future wasn't nearly as bright as it is at Heritage. |

I've been with the company for nearly 7 years and have loved every minute. There's a great, fun atmosphere there that encourages education and self growth. I feel like I've grown up with the company and am very greatful for all of the opportunities I've been given. Friendships are strong at Heritage and there are many great mentors to learn from. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. |
