What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at Hewitt Associates?

What do you like best about working at Hewitt Associates? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

My best guess for the Orlando area. I haven't worked there for quite a while, so things may have changed one way or another. Chicago pay is about $2,000 - $4,000 higher due to cost of living.

AA Administrative Assistant = $33,000?
CSA Customer Service Associate = starts at $23,000 and goes up into lower 30's
CM Client Manager / CS Unit Manager = starts at $45,000 and goes into upper 60's
BA Benefits Associates = starts at $36,000
SCA Setup and Configuration Analyst = starts at $34,000
BOM Benefits Operation Manager = starts at $45,000
BGM Benefits Group Manager - starts at $55,000?
SA Systems Analyst = starts at $44,000
LSA Lead Systems Analyst = starts at $54,000?

Bonuses can be up to 10% of pay if pay band 4 or higher.(CM, BOM, BGM, SA, LSA) But nobody has seen that high of a percentage paid for a few years.

Pay raises are difficult to get more than 3-4%.

Special Treats: They used to offer FREE breakfast, lunch and dinner meals, free bottled water, Coke, Pepsi, juice, snacks, ice cream, and give out small awards like movie tickets, target gift cards, have birthday parties, celebrations, and give a couple thousand dollars annually of profit sharing into your 401(k) or paid out, etc. Now...NOTHING SPECIAL!!!!
