It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Hilton?

I recently interviewed with Hilton and they used a panel/behavioral style interview. My interview was with three managers who each took turns asking me 3-4 behavioral style questions.

Behavioral style interviews can be very difficult if you're not prepared for it. I suggest preparing for the interview by reviewing all you previous successes and failures at work. How did you contribute to the team, what was your role in projects. Be sure to be able to provide examples of when things don't go well; a deadline was not met or your work was criticized by others; etc.
