Are you kidding me?

This company claims that it does thorough background screening. Well, guess what? I lied on my resume and they have not even figured it out. When they asked you, they will just take your word for it. They cannot tell that I was testing them. What kind of company that goes out and ruins people's lives by running stupid checks when they cannot keep up the pace to see what is important and what is ridiculous? God forbid if I hear anything from this company again. So what if they claim they have the latest technology when they have incompetent people working for them. There is no way you can tell if the candidate is a potential hardworking employee who is very loyal and may be a valuable asset to the company, even he or she may have personal problems in the past that he or she may have already overcome. How can you judge a person like that? If you want to hire someone with a clean slate, then that person is either the most boring or the best liar on Earth. "Who hath not sin cast the first stone?" Anyone?
