Home depot write up policies

I just started at the home depot 2 weeks ago and just got done shadowing on Friday. I got a write up on Tuesday for not telling the customer to take a Voice of the Customer survey and today I got a write up for taking a blank check with no signature on it. The first came from a Head Cashier the second came from the Front End Supervisor. Am I going to be getting fired? The FES just said that everybody makes mistakes but 2 write ups 2 days in a row seems pretty serious. I don't know what the home depot policy is on this, please help!

What are the policies on writes in general and write ups during the probationary period?

If you just started its lack of training on the FES part. You should of been told about the VOC/even about the check. The VOC you really should not of been written up. If its on the Front end part and not through an ASM/SM then you shouldn't be worried about it. The Front end, if you used your hand gun more then your scaner you'll be written up.
Usally its 3 writes up. If you are a temp then most likly you would not get on with hd.
