My wife and I have always worked for the same Company.
We would like to keep it that way.
Any chance HD would hire a married team, in their 50's?

There is no policy against hiring couples. But, you could not work in the same department. If one of you were eventually promoted to assistant store manager, he/she would have to go to another store. As long as both are hourly associates, you'll be fine.
