HR wont tell me how many points I have?!?!

Cashier at home depot here....So I was told the home depot went back tot he point system (10 and your out right?) And i have some previous 8min or more late days before the point system started again. They said that these DO count against my points... So I was late again today at lunch i went to HR and my operations manager was back there also... I asked how many points do i have so i dont get canned and the response was like "you have to figure it out by yourself we cant tell you that" Are they suppose to tell me how many points I have if i ask or can i call coorporate and ask?

And i dont really know how the point system works....

1 pt = 2min or more late
1 pt = calling off if you dont have sick time

10pt= fired?!?! that is just of it noone in my store really know how it works and I only got a summary of it when i was getting written up for my PRE POINTS lateness.

thanks for any help.... might go in and ask for a copy of the policy and maybe my variance report...
