Today I went in home depot for an interview as a freight team member. The interview went very well and the manager that interviewed me was very nice, polite and professional. She stuck to the questions that were on the paper during the entire interview unlike some people have posted on this forum. I was told that I would be getting another call to set up a second interview where I would be doing a drug test and a background check would be performed. My question is, Do they weed people out at the end of the interviews? Being I was told about a second interview does this mean that they are interested in me?
