I was recently offered a job as cashier at Home Depot, pending the results of a drug test and background check. I passed the drug test but my criminal background check status is pending. I'm currently undergoing pre trial diversion for a felony. I took Home Depot a letter from the county District Attorneys office stating that the charges will be dismissed and it shouldn't interfere with them hiring me. What are my chances of being hired?
