In our store they typically work from 4am till 1pm mon. thru fri. some are part time. They sequence merchandise in all bays of all departments, change price stickers, verify counts, produce out of stock lists, "no home" reports etc...and no, the smart phone will not replace them, there's no way sales associates could do all that plus their own job on a daily basis. |
