Union start up

Here at the Ithaca HD we are trying to start a union. We can't wait till Obama is in office and passes the bill so it will be easier for us to organize. I recommend more stores to start rounding people up and talking about. As soon as Obama is in the office. We can get unionized. And finally we will be heard. Its easy to get people round up. especailly in districts like ours were the management team at the store level and at the district level suck. We already have another store in our district working on it. So team up with your fellow associates and lets go union! We will get benefits we deserve!!!!

Amen brother, nothing has changed about the unions since the days of jimmy hoffa. They're just a bunch of organized thugs muscleing their leverage to push their agenda without any regard for the survival of the company, that's the definition of a leach...They'll feed off their host until it shrivels up and dies. I think you need to step back and figure out who and or what is driving the conversation for unionism. By the depots own inability to cut the chafe and reward the workers they have not only laid the foundation for unionism but have unfortunately fueled the conversation

You have got to be out of your mind to want to take Home Depot to the Unions, The Unions are the main entity that is leading America into a Socialist country, they have more power than you would want to believe, they take your money in the form of dues and lobby congress, they pay the stinking politicians off with their votes whether you believe in it or not..Why waste your money. The only thing Unions do is strong arm the government. they are no longer their for the employees like they claim, you will wish you hadn't gone Union, but it well be too late...I know several people as well as myself that well no longer patronize Union businesses and if enough of us take our business somewhere else, you my friend well be out of a job. Be glad you have work, not everyone does, don't play russian roulette with the devil, you'll lose.
